Order Information

The actual time it takes for us to mail out orders is based on how many orders are ahead of your order.  We strive to get all orders out within 3 business days but, at times of high volume ordering, it may take a little longer.

There is a Flat-Rate Shipping Fee of $18.00.  Orders Over $100.00 will get FREE Shipping.

Most items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with the exception of heavier items, extra large items and/or larger orders that won't fit in to the USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Boxes.  Heavy items, large items and larger orders will be shipped with FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.  All packages, regardless of how they are shipped, will have insurance and tracking information available once shipped.  We pack all items securely so if there is any issue with the shipping, we will work with you to file any paperwork with the shipper.

We, also, offer FREE Local Pick-Up and Drop-Off with appointments ONLY.  At this time, we are not able to accept walk-ins.  Contact us and tell us what items (with product codes) you want, the quantity of each item, and when you need the item(s) by.  We'll send you a PayPal Invoice and schedule the time for you to pick up your item(s).  You may, also, mail us a check.  All checks must clear before we are able to start working on an order.  All items must be paid, in full, before we are able to start working on an order.
